Vietnam signals flexibility on trade issues as it seeks to unlock stalled US tariff negotiations
Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang has signalled Hanoi's willingness to work constructively with the Trump administration on resolving trade disputes, including tackling illegal export routing and intellectual property concerns that have stalled tariff negotiations since October.
