Thailand and New Zealand have elevated their relationship to a strategic partnership, targeting tripled bilateral trade worth US$7.5 billion by 2045. Thai Airways plans to resume direct Bangkok–Auckland flights in March 2027 as part of broader efforts to strengthen connectivity.
