Former Bank Analyst Jailed Three Years for Unlicensed Securities Trading
A former bank analyst has been sentenced to three years in jail by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court for conducting unlicensed securities activities and fraudulently using a Unit Trust Consultant title without proper regulatory approval.
