Tabung Haji Pursues Remaining Saudi Arbitration Award as Al-Rawda Defaults
Tabung Haji is escalating efforts to recover 884 million Saudi riyal from Saudi property developer Al-Rawda after the company paid only a fraction of an arbitration award and breached a settlement agreement negotiated last year.
