Russia Expands Energy and Infrastructure Ties with Myanmar
Russian President Vladimir Putin has pledged expanded cooperation with Myanmar across energy, infrastructure, and defence sectors, with 12 new agreements signed during President U Min Aung Hlaing's visit to Moscow.
