Extra Drills Are Discipline Tool, Not Punishment, Says Home Ministry
Malaysia's Home Ministry has clarified that extra drills imposed on police personnel serve as a disciplinary mechanism rather than physical punishment, following scrutiny over a policeman's death in Sepang last May.
