Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Receives Datuk Seri Title in Penang State Honours Ceremony
Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil will be among 1,221 recipients of Penang state honours and awards marking the 85th birthday of Governor Tun Ramli Ngah Talib. Fahmi receives the Datuk Seri title as sole recipient of the Darjah Panglima Pangkuan Negeri award.
