States Must Renegotiate NOC Funding Requests, Says Anwar
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has clarified that state governments seeking extra funding for development projects involving Notices of Change must renegotiate terms with the Federal Government rather than expect automatic approval for cost increases.
