Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant to Serve 13,000 Kelantan Consumers by September
Kelantan's Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant, a RM54.98 million facility, is expected to commence operations in September, providing improved water services to more than 13,000 consumers across multiple towns in the state.
