Malaysia and Russia to Finalise 2027 Joint Action Plan by Year-end
Malaysia and Russia have committed to completing their 2027 Joint Action Plan before year-end, aiming to deepen structured cooperation in education, trade, investment and strategic industries including AI and renewable energy.
