LKIM Invests RM2 Million in Nationwide Fishing Jetty Upgrades to Boost Coastal Livelihoods
Malaysia's fisheries authority has committed RM2 million since 2023 to repair, upgrade and build fish landing jetties nationwide. A newly completed facility in Merang will serve 124 fishermen, with more projects underway in Perak and Labuan.
