Traffic Fines Set to Nearly Double with Compounds Jumping to RM500 Under New Laws
Malaysia is poised to significantly raise traffic fine penalties, with over 700 road offences set to attract maximum compounds of RM500 pending parliamentary approval of amendments to the Road Transport Act 1987.
