Indonesia taps senior deputy as sole nominee for central bank leadership
Indonesia's President Prabowo Subianto has put forward Destry Damayanti as the sole candidate to become the next central bank governor, replacing Perry Warjiyo who resigned last month. Parliament has one month to approve the nomination.
