Man Accused of Killing Actor James Handy Deemed Unfit to Stand Trial
A Los Angeles judge has ruled that Michael Gledhill, 44, charged with murdering veteran character actor James Handy, 81, lacks the mental capacity to stand trial or understand the criminal proceedings against him.
