Thailand Narrows Alcohol Exemptions to Weddings and Diplomatic Events
Thailand has formally restricted alcohol exemptions at normally prohibited venues to just two categories: wedding receptions and diplomatic receptions held according to custom, under a Prime Minister's Office notification that took effect in July.
