MNRB to divest Takaful IKHLAS units to Bank Rakyat for RM1.64bil
MNRB Holdings has agreed to sell its entire stake in Takaful Ikhlas Family and Takaful Ikhlas General to Bank Rakyat for RM1.64 billion, pending central bank and ministerial approval.
