Over 93,000 First-time Homebuyers Access Government Housing Guarantee Scheme
Malaysia's Housing Credit Guarantee Scheme has assisted 93,555 first-time homebuyers, with RM18 billion still available from the RM40 billion allocation. The government targets 100,000 beneficiaries by year-end.
