Hong Kong Public Broadcaster Editor Sentenced to Community Service for Voyeurism Offense
A Hong Kong court has sentenced Chong Tak-yin, an assistant chief assignment editor at public broadcaster RTHK, to 160 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty to unlawfully recording a woman's intimate parts in public.
