Intel commits €5 billion to upgrade Irish semiconductor campus amid AI boom
Intel is pouring €5 billion into its Leixlip campus in Ireland to expand production of advanced semiconductors for artificial intelligence and data centre applications. The investment will add several hundred jobs to Intel's existing 4,900-person Irish workforce.
