Vietnamese woman sentenced to life imprisonment for murdering five-year-old son to claim insurance money
A Danang court has sentenced a 45-year-old Vietnamese woman to life imprisonment for murdering her five-year-old son and fraudulently claiming more than US$150,000 in insurance benefits by staging the death as an accidental drowning.
