Five arrested over RM77,000 scratch-and-win scam preying on elderly women
Police in Perak have dismantled a fraudulent scratch-and-win lottery operation, apprehending five suspects accused of swindling two elderly women out of more than RM77,000 in combined valuables across Ipoh and Taiping.
