Sibu Council Softens Smart Parking System With Grace Period and Senior Citizen Relief
Sibu Municipal Council will add a five to ten-minute grace period before issuing parking penalties and launch a Senior Citizen Parking Pass from August, responding to widespread criticism of its smart parking system.
