E-hailing driver to face charges over RM30,000 staged kidnapping hoax
A 25-year-old part-time e-hailing driver in Kuala Lumpur will be charged with staging his own kidnapping to extort RM30,000 from his parents. The scheme reportedly emerged after he accumulated debts with loan sharks.
