Malaysian apprehended in Singapore with massive cache of smuggled cigarettes
Singapore authorities arrested a 26-year-old Malaysian and seized his multipurpose vehicle after discovering more than 600 cartons and 900 packets of contraband cigarettes concealed beneath the floorboard.
