Government Boosts Community Safety Funding with RM10,000 Annual Grant for Neighbourhood Watch Groups
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has approved raising the annual grant for Neighbourhood Watch Areas (KRT) nationwide from RM6,000 to RM10,000, effective January 2027, recognizing the groups' vital role in grassroots community engagement and security.
